- Memo Center - the Memo Center presents the memos that are
pending for the specified user. It also provides a jump off
point for the following memo related functions
- Sending a memo to another user
- Memo Search by subject
- Memo Search by date
- Print pending memos
- View user memos by date
- View a pending memo
- Individual memo functions
- enter task and action taken
- for a patient memo you can enter a problem, affected eye
and duration information for problem discussed on phone
- for a patient memo you can enter a medication, frequency
of administration and duration information for a med
dispensed over the phone
- you can select a pharmacy that you called so that its
number is displayed - documenting the fact that you called
in a Rx to a specific pharmacy.
- for a patient memo you can associate a contact to the
memo
- for a contact memo you can associate a patient to the
memo
- a memo can be scheduled for a specific date - that is
the date the memo will autoprint if you have enabled this
feature.
