How Is PatientManager_TM Organized?

• Appointment Functions
  • From the PatientManager window
    • Set Appointment for a specific patient
    • Add-on an appointment for a specific patient at any time in the schedule for a given day
  • From the Appointment Manager window
    • create appointments for contacts
    • create appoointments for anything you wish to enter by clicking on a time entry in the schedule by clicking on the date field above the given date
    • expand a given appointment
    • block a chunk of a days schedule
    • Print the current Day Schedule
  • From the Checkout Window
    • View weekly layout showing days with appointment space available
    • Go to detailed display of appointment slots for the selected week
    • Create followup appointment for given date and time by clicking on the time field
    • Add-on an appointment for a specific patient at any time in the schedule for a given day by clicking on the date field above the given date
